She holds a Doctor of Health Sciences from A.T. Still University, Mesa, Arizona, a Masters of Health Services Administration from the College of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois, and a Bachelors degree from Murray State University in Murray, Ky. She earned certificates in Assisted Living Management and Long Term Care Administration, and was formerly licensed as a nursing facility administrator in Texas. Before entering marketing as a Physician Relations Coordinator for a large hospital, she began her healthcare career as a cytotechnologist and histotechnologist in the pathology laboratoryl
Ms. Mason is the author of "Marketing the Continuum of Care," published by McGraw Hill and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Mr. White began his career as a group insurance underwriter and progressed to roles including Director of Network Management for health plans, Director of Managed Care for a healthcare system and Vice President of Operations for an independent practice association.
He has been on both the provider and payer side of the table for commercial insurance, workers' compensation, Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid HMO and PPO plans with a proven track record of completing "win-win" relationships.
He holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Houston.
He is licensed in Texas as a General Lines agent in Life, Accident, Health and HMO Insurance Sales as well as a Texas licensed Life and Health Insurance Counselor.
Mr. White has achieved Fellow designation in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), participating in the North Texas Chapter, member of the North Texas Chapter Membership & Networking Committee and is a member of the Lone Star Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
